How to specify a vitamin-mineral premix for wheat flour
A strong wheat-flour premix enquiry does more than list nutrients. It connects the target, vehicle, dosage, process and evidence required at release.
Section 01
Begin with the target specification
Record the applicable programme, buyer or internal standard before selecting nutrient levels. The same nutrient list can imply different concentrations, tolerances and documents under different specifications.

Describe the flour and process
Flour type, typical batch size, mixing sequence, equipment and holding conditions all affect how the premix needs to behave.

Section 03
Define the release pack early
Agree the product specification, batch identity, Certificate of Analysis and any other required declarations before commercial supply. Documentation should be part of the order—not a late request.
